Procedure for Submitting Complaints, Suggestions and Claims The Board of Trustees of the Misteri d'Elx, in compliance with the provisions of Decree 41/2016, of April 15, of the Consell, makes available to citizens a system for submitting complaints, suggestions and claims that contributes to improving the quality of public services and the evaluation of their plans and programs.
